POINTING OUT THE CHARLATANS BEHIND THE CURTAIN
The biggest problem in our alleged democracy, I think, is the deadly, aggressive ignorance of the electorate. This ignorance isn’t accidental, nor is it genetically predetermined. It is the product of an educational system and a popular culture that conspire to teach us whitewashed versions of our history. It is also the product of a corporate-owned and dominated media system that foments and feeds upon the carefully manufactured ignorance.
Ladies and gentlemen, this isn’t conspiracy theory any more than it is calculus. It may be a bit difficult to get a grip on, however, given all the distractions that get thrown our way.
